HOW IT WORKS
The Movement360 System
Founded by David Wargo in 2008, Movement360 was built to bridge the gap between how we move and how we feel, linking movement, neurology, and everyday life. Over 17 years, with 3,500+ clients and 17,000+ hours in session, we refined a simple idea: when you retrain the brain–body connection, the body remembers how to work the way it was designed.
Our method is different from conventional care. It’s 95% teaching, 5% hands-on. We help you sense, organize, and align movement from the inside out, so results last beyond the session. Clients call it the “missing link” because it finally explains why persistent pain, balance issues, or fatigue keep returning—and how to change the pattern for good.
Today, top concierge physicians refer patients to Movement360 as a complement to their care plans. Some have even noted that our movement and postural alignment system fills a practical gap in popular longevity frameworks by directly addressing chronic patterns that undercut quality of life. When doctors send their own family and friends, it reinforces what we see daily: clear education plus precise practice creates durable change.
We collaborate with referring physicians and allied professionals to deliver a studio experience that feels like whole-person care, aimed at easing chronic conditions, preventing orthopedic and neurological issues, and improving day-to-day longevity you can feel.
Movement360 has also pioneered tools and trainings that target areas the modern lifestyle tends to neglect, shifting outcomes not just physically, but neurologically and emotionally.
Key Innovations
Pelvic Realignment and Leg-Length Correction:
Most people develop subtle pelvic asymmetries that ripple into knee, hip, and back issues. We’re the first modality to teach clients how to realign their own pelvis and address apparent leg-length differences with a repeatable, at-home process. This practical skill supports strength, balance, and ease in daily movement. A patent-pending pelvic alignment device is in development to make this even more accessible.
Fall Risk Prevention:
Balance is a brain skill. Our approach trains both conscious and subconscious balance pathways so clients—even in their 70s and 80s—can begin reducing fall risk within minutes. You’ll leave with a clear, proven take-home program that builds confidence step by step.
Neurological and Brain Health:
We focus on the brain–body conversation that drives coordination, rhythm, and resilience. Clients living with traumatic brain injuries or Parkinson’s learn strategies that improve quality of life by restoring better movement maps, not by pushing harder in exercise. Long-term clients are available to share their experiences.
Fascial System Practice:
Fascia isn’t just “tight” or “loose.” It’s a sensing network. Our classes and workshops help you feel fascial change in real time, supporting injury recovery, posture, and the shift from “brain on a stick” to a more embodied daily life.
Longevity-Focused Group Practice:
Aging well is a practice, not a program. TRIBE 360 reimagines how we age by teaching small, foundational skills that compound: better alignment, steadier balance, easier breath, clearer body awareness. Members learn together, apply at home, and track tangible improvements over time.
Movement360 continues to evolve. David Wargo and advisor Patrick McAndrew (a global coach and keynote speaker on attention and performance) help ensure the system stays innovative while becoming more accessible to more people.
For years, we grew primarily by physician referral, building a strong foundation and team. Shannon Elliott now leads group education, expanding our capacity as we prepare for wider reach.
