ABOUT US
The Story Behind Movement360
Movement360 began with a simple belief: your body was designed to move well: freely, intelligently, and without pain. Over time, modern life trains that design out of us. We sit more, sense less, and learn to tolerate discomfort instead of resolving it.
Our mission is to help people reclaim that natural design through a neurological approach that teaches the body how to realign itself. Rather than “fixing” symptoms from the outside, we guide you to restore the internal pathways that drive strength, balance, and ease. It’s a teach-first model that empowers lasting results—long after the session ends.
David Wargo,
Founding Director
David Wargo is the founder and creator of the Movement360 Neurological System, a hands-off approach that helps people move, think, and live without the limits of chronic pain or injury. Over the past 17 years, he’s worked with more than 3,500 clients in 17,000+ hours of sessions, refining a process that restores function by retraining the brain–body connection.
David’s work has transformed outcomes for clients ranging from professional athletes to those living with neurological conditions like Parkinson’s. His system is rooted in years of research, observation, and real-world results, including a framework that helps people who’ve tried everything else finally understand how their bodies are meant to work.
